Good to know

::Beds:: Wren Song’s king size beds use the Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress (12"). The mattress is medium firm, which we've found to be the most comfortable for the greatest number of people. The twin beds have memory foam/innerspring hybrid mattresses that are also medium firm. ::Kitchen:: Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to share meals and make memories with your friends and family. Feel free to use the pantry staples provided. ::Laundry:: For guests' convenience, we provide a washer and dryer along with enough laundry detergent to get you started. ::Family Amenities:: We love when families get to come share quality time at Wren Song and are well-stocked for our youngest guests. You will find: - children's dishes and utensils - toys and games ::Fireplace:: Gas fireplace may be turned off during hot summer months because of the extra heat it generates in the cabin. ::Outdoor:: Wren Song is a wonderful place to spend time outdoors enjoying our hot tub, fire pit, and propane grill. We do not provide firewood or propane (only tank). Firewood and propane refills can both be purchased at Ingles (10 minute drive). ::Winter Weather:: Guest safety is our top priority. If Bryson City is forecast to receive winter weather during your stay and you feel uncomfortable with road conditions, we're happy to work with you to cancel or reschedule, regardless of the cancellation policy for your booking. Neighborhood

The setting is secluded, but far from remote! Bryson City is just 12 minutes away with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The cabin is also a short drive from beautiful hiking trails, tubing, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There will never be anyone else staying on the property. In addition to care at every turnover, we are contracted with a local hot tub company for weekly cleaning and maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay. We visited area attractions during the day and spent our evenings enjoying the cabin. We cooked on the grill, enjoyed the fire pit, and finished our evenings off in the hot tub. Alison, checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything and she left some helpful information about the area. We would recommend Wren Song to future guest. You won't be disappointed.

Wren Song was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and showers were great with good water pressure. Everything needed was provided. Allison was wonderful with good communication. The area is very secluded and private and we did see several deer in the woods and walking up the road. The road was steep, but my car made it easily to the property.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Alison’s place! The place was pristine and she was super friendly and accommodating. We saw deer everyday which was a treat. It was close enough distance to do things but enough away for a little solitude. We would stay again if we are in the area!

Beautiful spot, with lots to do within short drive. The house is very comfortable and accommodating, with beautiful surroundings. 23 minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway and a great spot to get to all the attractions with limited drive time. I will definitely be back! Love this spot!

This was a perfect house and location for our family of five. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent our days hiking and kayaking, and it was perfect to come back to this house at the end of the day to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Find us

The cabin has level parking for 2-3 vehicles. Wren Song has a Level 2 charger (ChargePoint) for electric vehicles. It is located next to the driveway at the rear of the cabin. We are the third cabin up a mountain on a single-lane gravel road. The road is well maintained and generally passable with 2WD, though extreme weather can affect road conditions. Mountain driving can be intimidating for those unused to the roads, but you should be fine as long as you take it slow. Neighborhood roads further up the mountain are steeper and require 4WD. Please do not attempt to explore the community without the appropriate vehicle.
